The Health Coach plays a vital role in guiding individuals through their journey of behavior change. This journey includes assisting the client in setting goals, discovering values and strengths, and tapping into intrinsic motivations to foster the adoption of lasting healthy behaviors and mindsets.
Peri- & Menopause Coaching
Providing specialized support to integrate healthy lifestyle behaviors to optimize foundational perimenopause and menopause health with nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, stress management, movement, recovery, and more!
Chronic Disease Lifestyle Management
With this program, the Health Coach collaborates with the client’s primary care provider. Lifestyle medicine focuses on altering unhealthy behaviors and promoting healthy habits to prevent and manage chronic illnesses. This strategy addresses multiple risk factors such as physical inactivity, unhealthy diet, smoking, and stress.
